Arabic Language Support for translating to English from a website
I'm trying to find out something about mobile phones made with language support for the Arab world. On such a phone (any make), when entering Arabic characters using the 12 key keypad, what characters are available on each key? Thanks Try Google. Nokia seem to sell them, and you can get after market key pad covers

If you install, for example, Arabic language support (*) then when you switch to an Aribic then you will find that your input is right to left. Perhaps, since we know that browser vendors confuse characters, character encodings, languages, countries, and other things into a horrendous mess.

Also, when setting "Standards and formats" to "Arabic (Iraq)" (Control Panel Regional and Language Options, Regional Options tab), the sLanguage key in HKCU\Control Panel\International does not change from ENU to ARI as it does with XP Pro.
